TRAVELER SAFETY TIPS

• Do not answer the door in your hotel room without verifying who it is. If a person claims to be an employee, call the Front Desk and ask if someone from the staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose
• When returning to the hotel in the late evening, use the main entrance of the hotel. Be observant and look around before entering parking lots
• Close the door securely whenever you are in your room, and use all of the locking devices provided
• Do not needlessly display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on restaurant tables, at the swimming pool, or other places where they can easily be stolen
• Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry
• Do not invite strangers to your room
• Place all valuables in your in room safe

• The most important part of our safety program is making sure that you know what to do in the event of an emergency. When you arrive, take a moment to look for the emergency exits on your floor. Stairs are located at both ends of every hallway on every floor. Fire alarm pull stations are also located on each floor. In the event of a fire, pull the nearest fire alarm
• We recommend that you take a few precautionary steps after arriving in your guest room:
• Locate the nearest emergency exits
• Carefully review the map on the back of your guest room door
• Locate the nearest fire extinguisher and fire alarm
